The first chapter, Introduction To The Capital Market, constitutes of the nature and constituents of the Capital Market, Mutual Funds as a part of Capital Market, the basic questions of Capital Market, objectives of the Capital Market, methodology adopted in the Capital Market, sources of data used to gain the information about Capital Market, sampling procedures, size and design used to gather information about the Capital Market, analysis of the data gathered and limitations faced during data collection.
The second chapter, Conceptual Framework, constitutes of the regulations of the Capital Market and its influence on the international trade.
